is this toooo risky to try and remove this myself? should I just get someone who knows what they are doing?

have a guide......but still worries me lol

Disconnect the battery before you start and treat it with respect - you'll be fine.

my guide says disconnect something in the boot......leave for 15min to discharge....but MAKE SURE you wear anti static gloves otherwise BOOOOM  :scared:

I have some anti-static gloves you can borrow...........but they're left handed  :signLOL:

Johnny as Stu has already said just disconnect the battery and don't go at it like a bull in a china shop and you'll be fine  :happy2:

Respect = Don't toss it into the passenger footwell after you've removed it.

Disconnecting in the boot will likely be an R32 which has the battery in the boot.
