looking good mate, echo the comments about build quality but there not all that bad. Love the brakes and the buckets.
Myself and craigy 123 have been detailing Renault sports all weekend for the scottish motor show, im beginning to like them!
-
Nice, my brother got one of these the other day. He has a thing for renault sport cars. Its a laugh to drive. He had a clio sport 197 cup before that
-
I have a serious liking for these! :happy2:
I'll have mine in Oyster Grey please

He didn't mean it like that mate
-
Funny as in it makes you laugh like a child driving it, because it's that good.
Fun.
I know there's a lot of 'anti any car that isn't what the forum is based on' goes on, I'm not that person. French clutter is fantastic in RS flavour. :happy2:
-
sorry for mis understanding , your right it is great to drive , it is go kart like but with comfort too the steering and balance of the car is spot on
jpc any recommendations for renault paint ??
-
1 of the lads at work has jus bought a fully spec'd 1 of these in grey it's very nice I like the recaro's 2

No bother - I know why you wondered, I'm just waiting for the first retard to say something like "I'd rather push my car than drive a Renault".
Get it on track, it'll stun you how capable it is - real giant killer. :happy2:

I would rather walk than drive a Renault :P on a serous note not many people know Renaultsport are separate to Renault, all built in old alpine factory which is affectively old Renaultsport, rs is a brand in it's own right, customer care, if you know who to speak to is also excellent, organised track days where they give you the keys to any Renaultsport cars with Renaultsport staff there to help.
-
I have had Renaults in the past, the major thing that puts me off is the crap local dealer !!
-
I came from a Renault previous to this as well Candy - Your RS 250 looks ace and I can imagine it being a h00t to drive
I was lucky enough to drive a Milltek'ed 182 with a fair amount of work done to it and they're a completely different species of car. A pleasant and raw change of drive imo :happy2:
-
Am i right in thinking thats Renaults "custard" Yellow :popcornsoda:
Lovelly car Ian, and a true track weapon for sure.. :happy2:
-
yes steve proper "custard "!!
thats why i brought it , did a track day a few weeks back in a 340 bhp aerial atom and they are like nothing else you can drive BUT after searching the net for weeks could nt afford one so decided on the best track hatch ... RS megane

I am with you on this. I love the styling on these things, i wish the rocco could be a bit more like this. :rolleye:
-
tbh i looked at the rocco but they are positively boring compared to the megane :driver:
