Whats the best and safest stuff to has on these wheels chaps?
-
In order to do what?
I'd imagine any cleaner is safe provided it's diluted down enough. My current fave is still Bilberry.
Remember, you can clay them, polish them, and seal them.
-
My personal favorites
Wheel cleaner = Autobrite Very cherry acid free wheel cleaner
Wheel sealant = werkstat prime strong with Finish Kare 1000P Hi-Temp Sealant on top
-
Ooh! Very cherry will be my next purchase once bilberry runs out.
Currently using poorboys wheel sealant.
-
I just sealed my freshly refurbed Monza 2's with Gtechniq C5, cracking product.
Cleaning wise my current favourite is Auto Finesse Imperial or APC diluted 10/1 :happy2:

Cheers guys don't have half of these so as a stop gap I will water down so SRP and then give them a coat of AG HD Wax!
-
Bilberry is good and cheap. Get the concentrated stuff and dilute as you see fit.
You can then use iron-x (don't let it dry on - just leave for 5 - 10 mins)
Clay
Then I use Bilt Hamber Auto Balm one or two coats followed by three coats of PoorBoys Wheel sealant.
Keep up with the PoorBoys every month or so.
Wheels clean up with a hose pipe & gental wipe with a cloth.
Use the AutoBalm on the calipers and exhaust tips. Works a treat. :happy2:
