Title: Remap on dsg after LSD fitted?

I've spoke to matt at vwr and my car is ready to pick up, asked him if I'd lose my remap I had done on the dsg box with it being out etc and all stripped and battery off. He is not sure about this, does anyone know if this is the case and has anyone else experienced it? Thanks in advance.

You won't have lost the DSG remap for the box being opened up.

Cheers Steve, get it back tommorow looking forward to it very quick turn around by vwr. It was ready yesterday, only dropped it off on weekend so that's quick and it's including a full service.
