Hi all,

Just a quick post to introduce myself as I know I will be using these forums a lot in the near future now I have just left a deposit on a Mk5 GTI! It's a 2007 "57" in Shadow Blue, 20,000miles, DSG, Leather, Nav, 18" Monzas....

Prevous car was an M3 CSL which was such an Epic car but had to go for various reasons. I decided on a Golf GTI as it's a great all rounder that I can use for the shopping  :stupid: as well as a bit of fun, plus the girlfriend can drive it. Was looking at Edition 30's but she couldn't get insured  :confused:

I am also good friends of Nick_Johnson on here.

would i have been better off saying that it looks dated and ugly there not that fast  :P 
and your miles better off being in a well built vw  :driver:
