Title: EVO Mag BMW M3 Competition Long Termer rear seats manufacturer?

I am at work so don't have access to my collection but can anybody remember the name of the manufacturer of the 4 berth rear child bench seat in the M3 Long Termer?

I have searched and searched Google but nothing.
