Title: Forum Performance Since Yesterday

Is really painful. Anyone else having problems? Its literally taking 1 minute per page to load, often more. No other issues with the internet at all.

Using my Macbook, OSX 10.6.7 Snow Leopard, up to date with latest version of Safari 5.0.5.

Could be safari being difficult. Try using chrome to rule it out

Yes me too  iPhone and iPad All other sites I frequent are ok.  :stupid:

Same on my work laptop, XP Pro SP3, IE8. Fully patched.

And also on my Android phone with built in Chrome Browser on Froyo 2.2, custom ROM.

Whole forum is just unusable.  :sad1:

Painful on the Macbook still though, in Safari or Firefox. No problems with internet speed on anything else. If i start Vuze up, the many many torrents i have queued download at over 1 mb/s.  :fighting2:

I don't even have any broadband at home so can only just about get on the site myself for posting let alone any maintenance or settings changes.

Yeah, we used to use it for down and out trollers on another forum. It basically made their sessions really slow and database requests very low priority. In the hope that they eventually get bored and dont bother posting again. Just wasnt sure in case i accidentally upset someone.  :ashamed:
