Title: Paint/bodyshop recommendations in Leeds & West Yorkshire area..
Post by: PND on June 06, 2011, 08:39:30 pm: Does anyone know of a good paint/bodyshop I could use for colour-coding bumpers and sideskirts? Preferably in Leeds area, but will travel a bit further if you think it's worth it!

If there's anywhere you would recommend, or equally, anywhere you wouldn't send your worst enemy, let me know..

I'm looking to get front, rear and sides colour-coded. I've got 'new' bits for front and rear but would probably just get the existing sides smoothed and painted..

Let's hear your thoughts.. the more the merrier please! :happy2:

I heard moto craft in pudsey are very good.

Martin (owner) and his team are spot on and really helpful. He once painted a wing on my car which looked spot on but he wasn't happy so asked if he could do it again when I was free. How goods that!

Have you had a lot done there and are they reasonably priced?

I'm in Gildersome, need a bumper scuff sorting out from the last owners. I was going to try http://scratchesnscuffs.co.uk (http://scratchesnscuffs.co.uk) down Whitehall Road, I'll try Suffield as well

It has some parking sensors which need smoothing out, then going to get the exhaust cut out filled and the rest colour coded. Anyone who's posted in this thread know if their recommendation would do that kind of thing?

I was quoted £200 ish to smooth and colour code the side skirts and front splitter so to do all the stuff you want I reckon you'd be looking double from a reputable firm. Maybe a shade more?
