Post by: tommy_a on June 08, 2011, 10:04:59 pm
ever since i got my Cupra remapped back in october ive been wanting to got stg2+ !!  :jumping: but after moving in with the missus ive found myself with very little 'car' money !! :(

anyway what i want to know is, could i go stg2+ using a standard downpipe with both cats removed ?? im on a very tight budget so i can afford to buy a proper downpipe !! and ill be searching the forums for a used hpfp once ive saved up a bit !!

i have never seen it being done but the difference between a after marked dp and standard one is 1 deleted cat and 0.25inches.

Will removing the 2nd cat make up for the 0.25inches..you decide.  :signLOL:

it has been done by myself in my fabia vRS, and cost me £60.  Also Jon-TFSI did the same in his cupra and madee the same power as the guys running with full TBE.  He has a readers ride thread on here
