Title: Painting plastic

Hi I have seen a pair off M3 mirrors for my BMW and noticed they have matt/satin frames , Now I want shiny black Plastic frames could I have these Painted ? They have a body colour cover so would ned to go the the Body shop so ?? can it be done  Paint the frames Gloss Black and the covers Space Grey .. tia
