hi all,
as per title, has anybody had their monza 2's refurbed?
i am wondering how they have lasted since being done, for eg... how is the diamond cut finish looking, has white worm come back, laquer peel etc etc..?
any recommendations for a place to go would be great.. some say.. montys wheels, uxbridge, bucks..

Try Lepsons in Gillingham, had mine done and really happy with it. :happy2:
Didn't go diamond cut as I didn't want the dreaded return of the White worm.
Had mine powder coated as 'black chrome two tone'

+1 for Lepsons, had mine refurbed diamond cut and very pleased with the work.

Had mine refurbed in Ascot, top job. Had the inserts done black like on the MK6, looks alot better. 4 months now no white worm. I check them every week and if there is anything that has made a hole in the laquer i paint over with an artists brush with fresh laquer, seems to be doing the trick so far.
The prob is if you dont have them diamond cut they just dont look half as good, i paid £85 a wheel.

Price is great but just not having a car for a week would be the problem.. which is a bummer as most people recommend these guys

My car is at AMD today for some testing so will post up some pics for you when I get it back this evening

Just remembered I took a pic this morning of the car, but be aware the alloys and car haven't been washed for over a week

That's right, only took a few days and a really good job......only thing I'm not happy about is that they don't go out of their way to fit them back on your car  Other than that, great job :drinking:
