Dilema....
How load is the non-resonated Milltek for the GTI. I had one of my old MkIV R32 and it suffered some cabin "boom" at certain RPM. Does the MkV GTI suffer the same problems? If considered too noisy (I like noise but the mrs and kids don't!) then I guess it's best to go resonated.... but is this actually any louder than stock?
Thanks in advance,
Matt

I prefer the resonated as the non-res droned a little (my car had full decat) others will prefer the non-res and dont get any drone, tricky decision.
You can always go non- res then buy a resonated centre section if required.

I have non res no drone and sounds good when your on it, also had non res on my v6 tt and that had real bad drone at 70mph :happy2:

Think I might go for non-res, as it's cheaper, and like PDT says I can always pay to swap it over if it's a little too loud. Nothing will be too loud for me, but it's the rest of the family who might complain, but if the do that I might just tell them to get in the Mrs' TDI instead!

I had the cat back non res on my last GTI & glad i went non res. Those that have the res version say it's not as loud as the factory orginal.

That was another worry of mine, I certainly don't want it any quieter
Non-res it is then!!
