Title: custom intake

just wondering if any one had made there own induction kits or if there is a reason why you should not as was looking at doing this cuz they are so exspensive for a decent one :scared:

The Neuspeed P-Flo is much cheaper than most intakes  :happy2:

Dan I've got nuespeed p flow, £180 from awesome gti, well worth it very good value for money!

I made myself a copy of the BDM / ITG kit. Its possible as I work in engineering so have access to all the equipment I need. Having said this, by the time I bought the filter, silicone elbows , reducer and elbow onto the turbo along with hose clamps and some aluminium tube I probably spent near to £200. So not far away from the cost I've seen some second hand ITG kits.
