Title: Is it ok to have stiff rear ARB on stock suspension?
Post by: berg on July 04, 2011, 10:51:41 pm
Hi guys,

Am running oem suspension but with WALK, TT wishbones and Eibach arbs front and rear.

Have recently set the rear to stiff after discussing with Janner Sy and left the front on soft.

Have been advised that it is not wise to run a stiffer bar unless have lowered with uprated dampers/springs but not sure whether this makes sense or not as have discussed with Sy and he reckons would make it more forgiving.

Any suspension gurus with any comments would be welcomed?

Ta

Yeah but yours has three settings whereas the eibach only has two. I think will test it a bit more before deciding what to do.

incidentally rich why are you running stock suspension? Is it because you want your car to LOOK oem even if it is not in actual fact?
