Just got an email as I've got a residents Dart Tag (so doesn't affect me) but might for others that don't..
This year the toll will be going up from £1.50 to £2.00 for cars and of April 2012 it's proposed to go to £2.50..
Bikes will still be free but all other class's are set to rise aswell..
