Title: Picked up my edition 30 !

Picked up my edition 30 today and it seems it has a better spec than i first thought ! thought it was poverty spec, but it seems that the reverse sensors, highline, bluetooth, Ipod connect and MFSW buttons are extras so thats a bit of a bonus !
Anyway i have been driving 10 hours today through some of the sh1ttest weather Ever !! i was aquaplaneing all over the shop then the tyre deflation light illuminated, so i ended up at the side of the dual carrige way in the pi55ing rain filling up the tyres with air from a 1 watt compressor absolutely soaked, jumped back in the golf and chucked the heated seats on.......Sooooo Nice !  :drool: about 20 minutes later was about to over take a quarry truck and got smashed to pieces with
large stones from the trucks trailer the car is covered in stone chips now  and even a couple as far back as the fuel tank ! :mad:
Anyway apart from the journey im really happy with the new Car, feels very tight and im quite surprised at how nippy it is

Sold them, APR HPFP, coilovers, exhaust, walk, engine mount all my interior parts and exterior parts   :sad1:,
ah well ill Just need to start again ! going to fit one thing a month so its not going to move quite as fast this time round but ill get there ! starting off with the interior
so it will be a boaring start, Forgot how good these were standard TBH apart from the brakes  :sick:,

Hows the S3 coming along ?

Cant believe you sold them! Brakes are dangerous at speed!!!! S3 is moving along slowly, bsh woa manifold, rs4 injectors, 0.63 zaust housing, tial 38mm wastegate ready, other little bits and bobs are not a problem....but the 76r turbo and pistons/rods are rediculous money!! Doing a bit of saving for them right now might take a while. Stevie.
