just thought i would start a quick thread describing my dealings with http://autoperfectionworld.co.uk
got a helpful reply from Jim at autoperfectionworld giving me advice on washing / waxing my candy white GTI.
he gave me his number so i gave him a ring to place an order and to get some advice.
Jim was extremely helpful, we talked for an hour on what products to use, best methods to clean / wax.
i placed my order around midday and it arrived the following morning at 9am, he even threw in a couple of extra clothes!!
the whole process was great and now i actually have a clue how to wash / wax my car, and the products i was sent are first rate
couldn't recommend them highly enough!
Thanks again to Jim and Taryn

and some other small bits and pieces...
cant wait to give the car a good wash! to be honest am also just glad that the car is back on the road - only had it about 10 days and the coil packs have gone, plus had what i thought was a slow puncture - took it to kwik-fit (big mistake but they are walking distance from my flat and the tyre was really low) who said that the alloy was corroded, they obviously didnt do anything or check propperly - took it to VW and it turns out that the tyre wasnt fitted proppery so had it re-seated by them and all is good again!!!!
the only problem with the car is that its too easy to speed (i cant resist the temptation) and its quite thirsty, have done a 1/3rd of a tank and only driven about 70 miles....

The Bilberry wheel cleaner is brillaint, gets rid of the brake dust leaves the wheels like new and it smells nice too :happy2:
And it's PH friendly so won't damage your wheels
