I have an early 2005 Golf, tackled the rear badge by sliding a flathead screwdriver between the badge and the backing plate, the badge i bought doesn't sit flush
Is there a way round this or do i have to buy a replacement badge from a dealer?
Without buying the whole badge/handle mechanism
any help greatly appreciated :sad1:

I seem to recall someone posted that the Mk6 emblem fits correctly but wait for positive confirmation.

You'll need the whole mechanism, and it does stick out further than the original one but not enough to matter :happy2:
