Title: OEM Rear Brake Pads - Part Number

Just need part numbers for standard GTI rear brake pads. Noticed at weekend when washing that they are LOW! I had a search but can't find a post with info.

Is there a sticky somewhere with service part numbers etc? I think I remember seeing one at some point.

Theres some on ebay at the moment for £25 dlivered correct part number for a GTI.

Are you sure this is correct part number for standard GTI rear pads, from putting into google etc this number seems to be for MK5 R32 / TT/ S3 vented disc 320mm. Just wanted to double check before I order.

^^ Dave, this forum (below) seems to think the part number 1K0698451E is for 310mm rear brakes, and 1K0698451D is for 286mm.

Which is it, or are they interchangeable and it doesn't matter...  :grin:

did we ever find out if these were the correct ones for the mk5 golf gti??
