Title: Ed-30 button on drivers side b-pillar what is it for

as per the title really, just a quick question I noticed a button on the b-piller of my car behind the drivers seat...can someone tell me what its for please? :happy2: :signLOL:

Turns off interior alarm monitoring and on some is to stop the car being towed away.

It also states the same in the manual!  :wink:

Thanks  :happy2: any ideas how to tell if it is active or not?? Stealthwolf, im afraid my manual is at work :(

You have to press it before you lock the car. It will illuminate when pressed :happy2:

Oh I understand  :happy2: so if you want to switch the interior sensors off you have to press the button. otherwise when you lock the car normally the sensors will automatically be activated.
