Hi guys, rather annoyed about this! My car was with VW last week and when I got it back I noticed the back end of the car, in particular the rear pillars, are covered in what looks like tree sap, or something similar. When I drag my finger across it it smears. The car was due a wash so I wasn't unduly worried, however even after a standard wash (two application of snow foam, washed with Zaino shampoo etc) it is still evident. Is there something I can remove this with, or should I just give it another wash and keep my fingers crossed?

As above, clay bar best way, did my whole car the weekend, after tardis wouldn't get some of the bits off. Paintwork is as smooth as anythink now :happy2:

Clay bar as above. But sometimes a hot water wash will help.
