I've been speaking to Jonny and he wanted to, but unfortunately can't make the shoot so we are still on the look out for a Mk5 Gti 3 door , with sensible modifications Ã¢â‚¬â€œ lowered, wheels, mild engine work (remap, exhaust) but not a black one

We were keeping the information brief on the web and informing the owners of the cars by phone as to not give too much away.
The day is very well organised, and the Mk5 is the last car we need for the shoot.

The photo shoot is at Santa Pod (Wellingborough), and would start between 9 and 10 and would last most of the day.
Its not a thrash, and the car will be used on the cover and have a good writeup inside the magazine!!

If there is anybody that has/knows of any cars that fit this description here is my direct email as I cannot receive Pms on here.

We wasnt aloud on the strip, A formula 1 team was testing on there... The car sounded mental..

There was a guy there in a m3 who owns drift works and he knew how 2 drive.. Il get some more pics up from the day when my mate gives me the pics..

I took my mate along who is a photographer and he took aload of pics..

Haha! Nah, in all seriousness you are quite right regarding the sensible mods! Plus my car has a lot of black on it now - which didn't comply with their requirements. I think also mine needs wheels, I think a project car is not finished until new wheels are added. As good as the Monza II's look, they do prohibit it from looking 'complete' IMO. :smiley:

Yes, If i drive it hard into bends, roundabouts etc... only on the front a slight bit but we are goin to run a little bit more camber upfront witch should sort the problem...

On the back it will rib if i have more than 1 person in the back.. I said to my friends that only 1 person is aloud in the back and have to sit in the middle lol..
