Hi chaps, me again!
What products are best recommended for cleaning tyres the dressing them up afterwards? Also, is there a set sort of process?
Cheers.

I clean them along with the wheels. Use a stiff brush and dilute APC to scrub the sidewalls. When dry, use a tyre dressing. I use megs endurance tyre gel from halfrauds. The difference is that I apply using a brush so it gets into the lettering etc and I leave it to dry rather than buff off. Leaves a shiny wet finish which I love. If you plan on driving the car soon after, buff off the product. Poorboys natural look dressing is also good to use on tyres.
Remember, unlike showroom cars which aren't driven, the dressing wear off over the next few days.

Same as Stealth, I use the Megs gel when at shows and it looks nice and clean, not too over the top, and though it does fade over a few days it still keeps them looking nice and clean.
I use the Megs applicator sponge for them too (the one that's like a shoe polish in a plastic box), seem to do a good job.

Much appreciated guys, good info :happy2:

I use the megs stuff with the applicator sponge thingy, it works a treat but does fade after a few days

Megs gel, and either a brush, or a cheap car wash sponge, which I hack bits off to use as applicators for this and also for Autoglym Bumper Care :happy2:

I meant to ask, what is APC?
Cheers.

all purpose cleaner :happy2:

APC = All Purpose Cleaner, very popular in the detailing world.
I personally use super degreaser on my tyres just spray it on leave for 30secs then you will see it turn brown as it remove muck from the tyres then give it a good scrub with a brush and rinse off. When dry I then apply meguiars tyre dressing the spray not the gel. Good stuff and can be got from halfruads. :happy2:

APC as mentioned but you want to get a waterbased dressing as oil based drys out the tires badly.
My personal choice is Zaino Z16

Autoglym spay on tyre dressing for me.

I use mothers rubber cleaner along with their tyre brush then use Swissvax pneu gives a long lasting satin finish for about a week
I tend to find that megs stuff flies off if you carelessly put to much on.
I used to sell both megs and Swissvax

Quick scrub with APC then dress with Blackfire's.

i just used DJ tyromania on my tyres its a matt look even used some on the black trim  bizzare but good

Reckon I might have to try some of that next time I order, Keith. Sounds.... interesting

Autosmart highstyle on the tyres - cheap, and you can "adjust" the glossiness by either applying another coat or removing some of the glosiness with a cloth until you have the finish that suits you.
Lasts a long time as well :happy2:
