Title: Options to have?

Looking to buy a mkv GTI in the next 2 weeks. What options are worth making sure that you have..

Is the sat nav unit good or would a separate Tom Tom be better?

Heated seats.. do they work well?

what else could you not be without?

looking to spend 10-12k on an 07/57 car

I had no idea that an armrest was optional - should have been standard - but luckily mine had one, with an iPod dock.

Just don't start a 'what colour?' thread. It always ends in tears on here!

Also they climatronic, as it's almost unpayable to retrofit. Sorry just getting to terms with my new smartphone, apparently a bit to smart for me :signLOL:
