Title: 312mm Caliper Carrier Question.

Hi,

Looking to make some improvements to the standard 288mm brakes fitted to the wife's GT TDi......
Does anyone know if the 312mm caliper carriers found on the Mk4 Golf / TT /S3 etc will fit onto the Mk5??

Fingers crossed it's a yes as I plan to remove all of the mods on her Mk4 1.8T shortly so would just require new discs.

I belive so, I had a spare set of s3 brakes for my A3 when i first bought my golf and the caliper and carriers looked exacty the same,

That would work out spot on if they're the same.......
I'll give them a try on the Mk5 when I remove them off the Mk4.
