True about the hard shoulder, when that Asian guy said "we are running outa petrol, we need to come off here". Er turn the motor off ..... It won't evaporate in 10 mins

I think the tranny at the end was gonna lamp him one, I really thought at one point heshe was gonna for it's glock 7  :fighting:

Anyway the guy should learn how to use his iPhone And not film in landscape mode  :fighting2:

Fair play to that guy. hope the dvla have fun making an example of those people and issuing 6 point and a fine out to them.

He's completely right. What people don't seem to realise is that in situations like that they cease to hold any importance. I'm lucky I've never witnessed people using the emergency lane like that - I fear I'd have a similar reaction.

Oh, and I'd have had trouble not slapping that hint in the white 1-Series.
