Title: RNS and rear view camera

Hi
I fitted a rear view camera to a 2006 golf and I have coded it to the RVC low in the RNS but it doesn't bring up a picture when reverse is selected. I have tried my RNS in the car and it works fine. So I'm guessing that it is the firmware on the unit, the guy bought the unit and requested firmware not for battery drain. I have since installed a newer 7N0 Gateway and that made no difference.

The modified firmware to prevent battery drain doesn't work, I found this in my 05 plate Mk5, so had to refresh the firmware to the normal version of 2760  :happy2:

You havnt used the kufatec loom have you ?

What's so funny I just asked as the kufatec loom's are faulty and need a few wires swapping round
