Names Stevie and im from Ayrshire in Scotland, joined up on here since being offered a swap on my current car for a black gt tdi, some research on google landed me here :)

seems a friendly place to be with lots of good info! :drinking:

I've since picked up a run around so will have no need for the x5 anymore, would love a gt tdi in white but i think its only the gti's that come in candy white?

If the repair is to a high standard and the price is right then its worth a punt. Just remember that when you come to sell it you will have to sell it cheap as well.

I'm not sure but I think that a cat D will be slightly more expensive to insure

No sure if coco had it aswell, def had a dc5 and managed to wipe out a wall, fence, hedge and 12 trees with it! Very impressive at 140mph. Stevie.
