Title: Alloy-gaters on 18" monza wheels
Post by: graeme4130 on August 23, 2011, 10:30:06 pm
Probably just like many of us, I'm always massively conciois that my lovely diamond faced 18" monza wheels are rather susceptible to keening and wondered if anyone on here has ever trieda set if these ;

Seems like a good idea, and though I'd be after black ones, they'd probably look good with the red stripe to match the gti trim too

Be interested to hear what people thought and whether they're any good or just some cheap rubbish that'll be a nightmare to fit and not protect the wheel anyway ?

Cheers

Graeme

At that price you'd just be better taking the chance and if/when you kiss a kurb you'l have 60 bucks towards the refurb. Also,  Your time, and your wheels won't have looked stupid!

Looking at the gallery, the black ones are almost invisible.  Must confess I'm tempted.  Of course, I'm no stranger to looking stupid...
