Can anyone tell me if these results imply a boost leak or an issue with theN75 valve?

You are making requested and exceeding boost at times but that doesn't exclude a small leak.
Try logging block 118 for your wastegate (N75) Duty Cycle and post the result.

btw this should be in the vcds forum.

As these engines don't have boost maps as such, the best blocks to log would be 114 engine load spec and actual along with the n75 duty.
Post the 114 log up and I will try and help
