All, really finding it hard at the moment to locate a car. Been speaking to people and think the reason is - I'm comparing too much with the old one and (so I have been informed) and looking to deep into reasons NOT to buy it; if you can understand. I can't see it.....but this is I'm being told.
So, I'd really appreciate some help.....here is my want £5k
GT TDI - must be a 5 door (family)
Colour, not too fussy, but pink is not an option.
Would like the basics, digital climate, and heated seats - so worst case can change the seats and not have to retro fit heated system (Will probably be a nightmare to do)
Obviously FSH and expecting high mileage....if so, cam belt etc. already done.
I await some help, links....posts......PLEASE.
I'm like a 5 year old lost in the woods at the moment.
Location - West Midlands - but will travel for the 'ONE'

Might help if you state your location.
Just a very quick look on autotrader and see this one has had recent service and cam belt. Says excellent condition although no pics of interior.

Looked at that, just waiting for some info. regards to interior, spec etc.
Also the BIG one.....after owning a GT a loving it, would I be  if I went for a 1.9 TDI
Option being
- Basic GT TDI or ?
- 1.9TDI with lots to offer ?0

Good luck fella, I was looking a year for 'the one', admittedly what we have is better spec'd then I was looking for, but still the wrong colour.
I think digital climate will be hard to find as well, that was high on my wish list, but didn't get it. :sad1:
