Title: Heavy clunking/knocking noise from NS front area
Post by: RussZS on September 02, 2011, 04:42:55 pm
My car has developed an increasingly worrying noise on the NS front arch somewhere, which is best described as a metallic clunk or thud, generally when the steering wheel is turned to the left then back to the right, or when mounting a curb (when I pull on to my driveway).

Any ideas please?

I have Eibach Sportlines if that makes a difference, standard otherwise.

Russ.

Possibly a balljoints needing replaced?

Cheers, is that an expensive thing to sort please?

It's under warranty still until end of Oct, but I guess they will laugh at me given that it has the springs on?
