Title: Scirocco Interlagos - 18"

Will they fit with no rubbing if i change the tyres from the 235s to 225s?

I know they are offset 43 but surely they should be ok???

Would like a 20mm drop too....

What do you think folks?

I spoke to my local garage about this. I had the interlagos on with H&R springs, lowered 25mm, and it rubbed a fair bit, but was told that even with 225's that it would rub. Could put a little camber on to try and aleviate it.

As said above offset is 41 which is not good for your arches if lowered slightly .. That an the 235 tyres becomes a mare for mk5's trust me been there etc etc .... Look at something else in the 45/46 offset and you won't get scrapping  :happy2:
