Title: Blue lines?

Dunno how long it's being going on for but I've just noticed blue lines on the forum index page - stickies have a faint blue tint to them and there are blue columns (not just lines but filled sections).

Have I just noticed this because I'm slouching in my chair, or is this a new thing?
