Hi, sorry if this may have been covered, did have a good old look!
Im looking to buy and fit front and rear eibach antiroll bars, from what i can see the rears arent to bad, but i have found a couple of different sources saying the front brackets have to be cut and possibly welded, then also read new captive nuts need to be welded on to the bracket? Any info would be great, cheers.

No welding or cutting required for the fronts. They are trickier to fit than the rear ARB though.
-
But arent the brackets on the oem antiroll bar made of one piece, which has to be transfered over to the new arb?

The Eibach ARB's come with their own mounting brackets.
