Title: Exposed twin pipes
Post by: John GT140 on September 20, 2011, 08:42:00 pm: Just wondering what back box i could get for a Gt 140 with a lower gti valance fitted , stock and aftermarket any pics and advice on the best all rounder would be great. thanks

Fully agree. I think the mk5 looks 'right' with twin OEM pipes, regardless of engine.

The milltek will cost around £400 new

That's for the cat back, you will need an adapter pipe for it to connect to the standard downpipe. Shouldn't cost more than 400 i think, you could ring up a few places and get a quote :happy2:

Got my whole ed30 exhaust for £60 off a member on here. Needed a reducer to fit but pretty straightforward.
