Hi Guys,
Wonder if I can claim something. The youngest edition 30 owner - bought the car at 22! :happy2:

tbh i really couldn't care how old you are with an ed30, seems abit 'oh look at me, look at me, i have an ed30 at 22'

Tom on here bought his edition when he was 18 and it was brand new. He's 23 now and got a TT-Rs! Lol

ash aka players was 18, i was 19 albeit with a k1. Like tom we both have TTRS' now!
But yeah loads of youngsters, enjoy the forum, its one of the better ones, if not the best golf one :happy2:

In fairness to the OP in these hard times (for me anyway) a nice Gti is something to be very pleased with, still appreciate mine 3.5 years on :smiley:

Some proper young owners on here! I was gonna buy an ED30 last year but decided to put my money into property instead. Now 21 and looking for a nice ED30 at the mo. :)

My insurance when I was 18 last year on my mk5 gti was 1650 quid. Thts car in my name ect ect. Was with admral. Now its 1200 at 19 but with a tun of mods it is 1900, or shud be when I put it threw! :D

I went from 16V GTi to Corrado 16v, R32, 911 3.2, 911 RS as a second car, E30 M3, E39 M5, E46 M3, E92M3 and I'm now 45 with only one car ...... :ashamed:
