Title: Replacement Gateway - Anyone with VAGcom in Hampshire or surrounding area
Post by: Degudodger on September 23, 2011, 05:02:27 pm
Gents,

Ok so last year i bought myself a new Gateway and RCD310 head unit, fitted the head unit then sold the Gateway as i stupidly decided i wouldn't need it. Two weeks later, the battery dies. Guess i was wrong!

As the Jetta is used daily (80 mile daily commute) I then decided to sell the Stereo and stick with my RCD300 as i needed reliability, not tunes. Wrong again!

I will be in the next couple of weeks buying a new Gateway BUT as i don't have the Kit/experience to code it i was wondering if a kind forum member in the Hampshire or surrounding area would help me out and code it for me. There will of course be beer money offered :)

If you can help me drop me a line :)

Cheers

Anthony

How were things on the way home mate? did you enjoy the new stereo?  makes a nice difference to the inside of the car and good sound quality too.  :drinking:

No worries at all.

I can not believe the sound difference, just need to transfer some music on to the CORRECT memory card  :signLOL:
