Title: What are the best Mk5 golf gti forums?

Hi guys,

Fairly new to the Mk5 VW scene, just wondering what the top forums actually are, seems like there are loads, but lots of crap ones too!

This and Ed38 seem to have been the better ones I have been looking at, but Ed38 seems very quiet!

This is the best forum I have signed up for. Not just for banter, but there are lots of incredibly knowledgable folk on here who are all too willing to help us.

I cant spare the time for a second one, this one takes as many hours as a full time job....  :evilgrin:

Yup, definitely the best! Ed38 and UKmkivs are more about the older cars, but still good. The other mkv forum seems more US based. Stick around here mate!

This is by far the best, I've had loads of help spent loads of money all because of here. there isn't a lot i haven't been able to do thanks to the knowledge on here , just searched and everything is here

i'm also a member of VAGOC, and i was formerly a regular user of audi-sport but i wouldn't suggest the latter as the moderators are tossers. i've boycotted it until they get their act together, which from what i gather they haven't.

this place is much more friendly. i don't even drive a Golf (i've got an A3 2.0T) but i think i'll be sticking around here.

I have been a member of a few for about a year now and have to honestly say this is the best Mk5 forum :happy2:

Most others cover all Mk's and they seem to be pretty quiet for the Mk5.

Found loads of handy buts of info out and will be sticking around.
