Title: Fitting my new (second hand) rcd510
Post by: hoggj on September 30, 2011, 10:09:20 pm: Hey guys I'm gona have a bash at fitting my new rcd510 tomorrow, got pics on how to fit it ? but how straight forward is it and what should i be looking out for? any hints & tips..!or should I pay to get it done?, as my wife says "i have the technical skills of a block of wood" :( lol. Any help in the Edinburgh area would be most grateful.

Post by: baldwined30 on September 30, 2011, 10:29:31 pm: What age is your car? Its a pretty simple job! You will need a trim removal kit and torx 25 or 20 can't remember! I forgot one screw that's near the windscreen where the vent is!

You may need an aerial adaptor if you're starting with a second gen head unit. See:
