Fair play to your daily being on it's arse too, dedication! :happy2:

Love your mk2 nick, have you had much trouble with rot on the body work? I would love to get a classic to restore just have no room, at the moment. Currently running a golf gt tdi, but i will have a classic at some point maybe a caddy, love vans and pickups for some reason.

Mate Alex could fabricate some very very sexy bits; rear strut brace that looks like it was welded by Jesus* (*if Jesus was a welder it would be very neat!) Rear cage? Battery mount, manifolds, hard pipes, exhausts you name it
I also here this Alex is quite good at welding! :happy2:
Have you killed any sumps yet running that low? Looks :congrats:
love Mk2 Golfs, my friend just moved out to OZ and had to sell his edition one G60 that he had converted to RHD with a high power 1.8T in it, he sold it in bits to save anyone driving his hard work  the engine had justy had a mega rebuild with all uprated parts.
Loving the edition one interior :happy2: a real comfy interior. Is that a shallow sump i spy?
It was an awesome car with alot of hard work put into it.
Good to see you have it tucked up for winter. The polo is looking good too :happy2:

Well it will be worth it mate cant see you ever getting rid or that car. I just cant wait to get mine repaired still waiting on insurance to repair after someone clipped me.
Sorry no mate I ment my mk5. I wash I had a mk2 or mk1 for a toy or project.
Amazing mk2!:happy2:
Thats a very neat install on the 1.8t, was that yourself that done this and the undersealing or did you pay for it to get done ? How was the fuel tank mounts at the filler neck when you got the undersealing done ? Or didnt you go that far up ?
Need Federals too  Na tbf with cable throttle its really easy to control the delivery compared to my on / off switch, saving your tyres.
Would be immense on something sticky though
Awaits some more Rota pics
Are the tyres for the Nuke Proof Mike?
This thread needs a vote:
Come to me for a fully built 1.8T lump with big turbo that will run 350 bhp on low boost..... Or
Go somewhere else for an R32 conversion that would be 300 bhp max?
:P
