Title: Monza warrenty no luck

White wormed cars 2007 plate, wont cover at all. tried ringing VW uk and they say because its had 1 VW service its a 'no can do'

i did belive that it was under the 10 years paint warrenty, but apparently not

any ideas if theres anything else i can do?

Try going to another dealer. My local dealer's warranty manager refused the claim on 2 of my 4 wheels. The next nearest dealer ok'd all 4 to be replaced. Guess which dealer gets all my custom & servicing business?

as above mate its always worth trying a few dealers, i had some issues which 1 garage wouldnt touch and an other ok`d and more besides  :laugh:

They saiid tho that coz the cars over 3 years old its not coverd is that correct?

Yep they're out of warranty
