Hi All

I'm the proud owner of a MY07 Shadow Blue Mk5 GTI with DSG. Only had the car for a month but I'm absolutely loving it. Only 23K on the clock and in near mint condition inside and out.

After browsing this site I realised that the timing belt was overdue so I had that and the water pump changed at a very good local indy who specialise in German cars. Also treated her to a major service and brake fluid change. Brakes squeak a little, and groan a lot when coming to a stop, so gonna get the pads and discs done as soon as funds allow and hope that sorts it because it does detract from the enjoyment.

Anyway, I'm off to the detailing section to post my first question.

Love Shadow Blue, wish I'd bought that colour now!
