Maybe looking to change the GTI! Not 100% yet just considering it.

If it is, I would be tempted at I think such a low price!

If you can afford the extra fuel (which isnt as much as people make out) then go for it as I loved my .:R and would have another in a heart beat! :happy2:

The ad doesn't say the mileage or have any additional pics. My bet is that it is very high.

I had a serious R itch while I was away from my car for 6months. I asked alot of opinions of Cupra owners who had come from Rs and they very highly regarded the ,;R. I would love one.
Will certainly try one out in at some point in my motoring
Returned home and couldnt bring myself to get rind of mine though

Great in the winter, awesome noise, but, and it's a big but, the GTI is a better drive, and I found 8-10 mpg differences between them both. However I HAD to get one as it was an itch that needed scratching. The fact it has no miles in the advert, says it's high.

If it is pre-March '06 then the road tax is cheaper.
I loved my .:R but it cost a fortune to run. Lovely sound aided by a Milly of course. :wink:

Be prepared for the dealer to offer you buttons on trade in on yours, he will want a few grand and your car for a deal :fighting:

It's abit on the basic side, shame the seats seem to have seen better days..
I guess it's the reason why it's keenly priced..

Looks nice. I quite fancy an R right now, use a diesel for long journeys and don't do more than 250 miles a month in my GTI

We looked at these but just couldnt justify the road tax. £500 mark isnt it???

I had the itch for the R some time ago and took one out from local dealer, no offense to any R drivers out there but it was dissapointing sorry.
For around the same money you can have the M3 E46 with the same size engine but nearly 100 bhp more, Im not knocking the R cos I would have one without a question if some one else was paying but if I was paying it would be the M3 all day long.
