Have a few imperfections here and there...........as I don't know the prices and I believe its a faily easy job would you say...

1) just had the little dinks filled and painted?

2) Just get a new skin and painted (better job) ? as I believe they are a simple bolt off/on.

does anyone know rough price of door skins?

Try a company like chips-away first before going down the full door skin replacement.
