I paid marginally less from VW...

EDIT: Just checked and it was £394.19, VW Huddersfield.

I paid £399.99 at Caffyns VW it is a Fixed Price Option

I got cambelt, aux belt and water pump done for £390. Could have got it done for less but I wanted it doing by someone I trusted not to balls it up.

yea it should be standard 399 from any VW dealer.

Ring a couple of VW dealers I know that they do an offer from time to time for cambelt and water pump for £299.00, this is what I paid and I know of others who have had the same offer.  Not all dealers offer it, luckily my local one did. :smiley:

Yep fixed price at VW

cambelt change - £299
cambelt + pump - £399

i had mine done at Huddersfield VW last week, definately wont use them again for any work - usless  :fighting:

Not all Dealers do this fixed price servicing which is what you have to look out for!!. My Caffyns dealer wanted over £500!!  :fighting: didnt even get chance to ask if that was with waterpump, either way I said I could get it at a fixed cost from another dealer, they soon changed their tune and I got it at £399.
