Title: Front bumper options

Alright guys.have been thinking of doing something with the front end of the golf and now I need to sort the horn I might aswell kill two birds with one stone.I don't like side skirts on the car so do you's reckon it would look silly with a gti front?anybody got some pics if they have done something to there tdi.

I put an Xparts bumper on a while back. At the time I was unaware that you could put a genuine GTI/GT bumper on without changing the carrier etc, and genuine bumpers were extortianate. If I had my time again I would have a genuine one resprayed my colour, but there are many more available now.

I actually put the GT grilles on, and also genuine corner mouldings. The pic below has the Xparts honeycombe lower grilles, which I have since changed for genuine GT slatted ones.

It's my favourite cosmetic mod to the car and is a million times better looking than the standard bumper.
