Title: Touareg 3.0l TDI any issues??

Hi gents, i have a friend thats looking at buying a 3.0l TDI touareg, any issues he should look out for?

Sorry I can't help bud, but I had a look on auto trader the other day at touaregs. I have always loved em  :happy2:

I was Stunned how cheap you can buy them now.  They are well cheap :confused:

Think the early ones had turbo faults but nothing new there

Don't expect diesel like MPG.

He should scrap the 3L and go 5L V10 TDi :evilgrin:

Apparently the ride on the early ones is awful and the facelifted cars went some way to address this (twice now).

Yep, I was interested in a 3.0TDI Altitude model. Loved it but even as a diesel the MPG was poor. Lovely cars though.
