Title: Darkened fog lights?

Ive just succesfully installed my darkened gti front headlights and was wondering can you also get darkened front fog lights too?

you can get lamin x tints for the lense but i don't think there is a smoked internal version available

you can take the foglight apart and spray the silver bit inside black  :happy2:

i was lookin at lamin-x the other day but cant decide what colour to do my fogs, im not sure how hard it will be to get a good finish too but i suppose i can only try :signLOL:

Hi mate i will put some pics up tomorrow but i have to say they do look very  8) with the darkened wing mirror repeaters
my car is coming along nicely :happy2:

The Lamin-X on the fogs will be simple to get a good finish. The area is so small and uncomplicated!  :happy2:

I've done mine and Toms foglights with lamin-x, the finish is subtle but effective :happy2:

looks good  :happy2:  big improvement with the darker lights.   

oh and weres best to buy the lamin-x guys

Thanks guys im well happy with it (just) now,the lights totally change the look of the car :grin:
dont know what my next mod will be but im thinking something with the top part of the grill :wink:

Two questions: I thought you were painting the grille and door mirrors Black? What's with the open doors on your pics?  :confused:

I will be painting the grill just havnt got round to doing it yet,getting my mirrors painted just now just waiting to get them back and fit them before i make a decision about the grill,dont know why i do that :confused:
maybe im trying to show the darkened wing mirror repeaters better with doors open :ashamed:
