Post by: AjayB on October 30, 2011, 01:13:03 am
Hi guys, just thought i'd introduce myself as i think i'll be here for a while now. My names Ajay, from Yorkshire. Finally got my 1st car on my 21st Birthday which is a Golf MK5 GT TDI and all i can say is i love driving it..

Things i have done already-

Remapped to 180BHP 290lbft
K&N Panel Filter
Rear tints
Lowered on 35mm H&R's
LED Numberplate lights

To Do-

Front GT/GTi facelift
GTi Backbox with dual pipes
GTi Rear Valance/Side Skirts
Audio upgrade
Rear R32 tail lights
GTi Flat Bottom Steering wheel

Heres a few pictures i have, the wheels i had spare in my garage so thought anything would be better than the stock 16's.. will be getting some BBS or Rotiforms soon.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys.. appreciate it. Got a quick question, the previous lady owner of my car must have had some work done to the paint work, it's not a very good job and i never noticed it properly until i got it home from the garage and gave it a good wash.. Now the the paint is starting to peel abit after the jet washer has been up against it a few times also got some bad areas where the paintwork is blooming. Any good paint shops that anyone can recommend? Cheers in advance.

Welcome, lots to do but it already looks nice.

I am actually thinking of going back to the standard front bumper like Golfman's with the front splitter it looks great.

My bumper maybe for sale soon - watch this space!
